I'm from the United States and currently live in Maryland, but I lived and taught English in Thailand from 2012 to 2022. During that time, I taught approximately 12,000 to 15,000 hours of in-person lessons to adult English learners. I've worked with hundreds of students from around the world, including homemakers, lawyers, chefs, doctors, university students, front office staff, and business executives. I also worked full-time as a teacher and trainer at a five-star hotel, as well as a communication coach for Japanese business professionals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy fitness, cooking, gardening, spending time with my dogs, and learning about other languages and cultures.
