My calligraphy story started with my uncle, who taught me my first strokes when I was a child. Since 2010, I began teaching Chinese calligraphy and painting experience classes to foreign visitors here in Guilin. Through teaching people from all over the world, I started to observe my own culture with fresh eyes.
So I went deeper. I studied calligraphy and Chinese painting under teachers from different universities. Along the way, I met fellow calligraphers and painters who showed me that behind every stroke lies something bigger — not just technique, but how Chinese people understand life, express wishes, and carry blessings in ink.
This channel is my way of sharing what I’ve seen, heard, and learned — as both an enthusiast and a perpetual student.
