A photographic history of the Sydney (Australia) suburbs of Alexandria, Redfern, Waterloo, Erskineville, Newtown, Mascot, Zetland and Botany.  Also included are photographs of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, Waterloo and St. Vincent dePaul School, Redfern. The teaching orders of Patrician Brothers and Sisters of Mercy are included. In addition photographs of the trams that ran in Sydney during the 20th. century until 1961.
